3. Roll the diaper into a cylindrical shape. Use rubber band or cellophane tape to tie the diaper. You need to make the bottom tier in this step, thus you will need about 50 diapers here.
4. Next, make the top tier. The top tier should be smaller in size. Hence, 15 to 20 diapers will be enough. Do it exactly just like the previous step.
5. After you have made the top and the bottom tier, you will need to assemble them together by using pins and cellophane tape. Make sure the cake is firm and solid so that you can decorate it by hanging the decoration materials.
6. Once you have joined the 2 tiers, it is time for the decoration to take place. Try to decorate by hanging some baby toys, baby clothes or baby spoon on the cake. You can use ribbons to cover the rubber band and cellophane tape. Preferably, use light color ribbon so that your diaper cake will look more elegant.
